Post Didn't Work... Croatia Pics
So I had a nice long wonderful post about my time in Croatia... unfortunately the pictures since I took so many took forever to load and somehow the post got deleted. I'll write the post again I just can't at the moment because i have to get up early for work in the morning. Will hopefully have time to get them up tomorrow evening.

Update w/ pictures of the Tower
Hey all
So I got cut off during my last writing due to a football game. I honestly can't remember what game I was running to at the time because it's now over. England got knocked out by Italy who then made it to the final to lose to Spain by a large margin. The rest of the time my mom was in town was quite fun. We toured the Tower of London and did the Beefeater tour which was recommended to me (I believe by my Aunt Laurie but I might be mistaken). The Beefeaters are British military vets on the verge or retirement but get the honor of being part of the Tower of London guard. They live in the tower itself and give tours to the visitors. You have to serve 21 years to get the honor and have an impeccable record so it's quite the honor. The tour itself was pretty cool.i knew I didn't know much about the tower compared to how old it is but the tour made me feel stupid with the wealth of knowledge. Overall it was a cool time.
Afterward I went to meet some friends at the Shoreditch market which was amazing. They close a solid mile of this one road and have tons of food, clothes etc. Not to mention the fact that the area is known to have the best curry houses in London. I had some amazing food before going to watch the England Italy game. The bar we were at was a crazy atmosphere. I'm not sure what order the pics will upload in since I'm doing this on my phone but I put a bad quality pic up from the bar. The place was about half Italy fans and half England and the chants going back and forth were great. As I mentioned England lost but it was still fun. I have tons to update you all with as I'm currently in Croatia but it'll have to wait again I apologize. Hope all is well wherever you are reading this from.

Long Delay Again
Hey All,
Sorry for the delay on the update again. I've been keeping busy this week between finals and my mom being in London with me. I made sure to see her as much as I could while she was here and most of the rest of the time I've been working on essays and studying. I thought you weren't actually suppose to do school work when you were abroad (just kidding). Luckily while my mom was here I had the chance to do some of the more touristy things. The day after her and Kathy Lily arrived I wanted to take them on a walking tour of some of the best sights of the city. So I took them on the tube down to Westminster and from there we went to Westminster Abbey. I've been dying to go to the abbey as many of the UK's most famous rulers, authors, and politicians are buried there. Some notables include Queen Elizabeth I, Issac Newton, James VI of Scotland who became James I of England, etc. They don't allow you to take pictures of the abbey because it is a church but it is pretty awesome. There are also quite a few memorials in the abbey including the tomb to the unknown warrior, a Winston Churchill plaque, and an area called poets corner that has dedications to Shakespeare, Dickens, etc. Highly recommend a visit to this place as words can't describe its beauty. I did manage to take some pictures of the outside though.
I have a few more stories and pictures to tell but I have to run because the "football" game is about to start. I promise I'll update soon.
